You can track your transaction by going to the Transactions page in the app. Each transaction card shows the current status. For more details, tap on any transaction to view the full details including delivery information if applicable.
We accept mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money), bank transfers, and cash on delivery for some transactions. The available payment methods will be shown during the checkout process.
Delivery times vary by location and crop type. Typically, deliveries within the same region take 1-2 business days, while inter-region deliveries take 2-5 business days. You'll receive notifications about your delivery status.
If you receive damaged goods, please report it within 24 hours by contacting our support team. Include photos of the damaged items and your transaction ID. We'll either arrange for replacement or refund according to our quality guarantee policy.
Transactions can be canceled from the transaction details page if the order hasn't been processed yet. For pending payments, cancellation is automatic if payment isn't completed within 24 hours. Completed transactions may be eligible for cancellation within 1 hour of completion.
